Festival of colours – It's
an occasion that brings in unadulterated joy and mirth, fun and play, music and
dance, and, of course, lots of bright colors! Every year it is celebrated on
the day after the full moon in March. It is also time for spring harvest.
Holi festival has lent
resplendent colour to Hindi films for more than six decades. It has
a special plunk in Bollywood and has been a part of Hindi Cinema from more than
six decades now. Filmmakers' always-welcomed a chance to sprinkle the screen
with colour.
